Refund Eligibility
Most of our airline tickets, hotels, tour packages and service fees are non-refundable after booking.
Refund requests are only accepted via email/written format and under specific conditions:
You are not a 'no-show'
Supplier rules allow a refund
Processing Time
Refund processing depends entirely on suppliers (airlines, hotels, etc.).
It may take 7-90 working days from receipt of your request.
Service fees, booking fees, and transaction charges are non-refundable.
Special Cases
Compassion Exception Policy (CEP) offers special consideration for:
U.S. Military, Natural Disasters, Bereavement, Customers with Visual Impairments, Senior Citizens, and Youth.
Cancellation Process
Bookings can only be canceled via your registered email.
Our agents will send a confirmation email acknowledging your cancellation request.
Requests made via phone or chat cannot be processed.
Important Notes
Refunds depend on supplier approval.
Hasib Air Travels is not liable for supplier delays, bankruptcy, or operational shutdowns.
Fees will be charged only if the supplier approves the refund.
